Consultancy

The workforce’s health needs are assessed by evaluating current health status, identifying potential risk factors for illness, and proposing actions to mitigate these risks. A report is generated to support the development of the site Health and Wellbeing Program, enabling priority setting and resource allocation to address the workforce’s health needs effectively.

A workplace health calendar acts as a valuable tool to enhance the overall health culture within an organisation. It helps in planning workplace health initiatives and encourages engagement, so you can raise awareness for important health issues, such as mental health, nutrition and fitness.

Musculoskeletal pain is the pain that we feel in our muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. It is designed to protect our body from actual or potential tissue damage.
 
This 30-minute workshop will cover:

3. Common myths and facts about pain
4. Preventative measures to reduce your risk of pain
5. Where to get further support

The presentation and workshop outline the relationship between high sugar and chronic diseases including obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Participants are able to actively engage with a health professional to discuss best practice nutrition principles and participate in a Q&A session.

The FitTogether App enhances workplace health initiatives by providing knowledge, skills, and resources for implementing healthy habits. Accessible via a QR code specific to your organization, it offers secure access and tailored resources from Accredited Practising Dietitians and physiotherapists. Features include weekly articles, leaderboards, and interactive communication to boost workforce engagement.

SNAPSHOT Health Check measures the lifestyle factors that influence our health (Smoking, Nutrition, Alcohol, Physical activity, Stress & mental health, Health surveillance, Obesity, and Tiredness). Participants are sent a confidential report that with self-help information. Individual data from the Check can be grouped to help workplaces understand the risk-profile of their workforce.

Individual body composition scans that are quick, non-invasive and accurate. Measure your body composition accurately and reliably. Bioelectrical impedance technology is utilised to determine muscle and fat mass. Repeated scans are used to identify changes in body composition resulting from improvements in nutrition and physical activity.
