SNAPSHOT Health Check measures the lifestyle factors that influence our health (Smoking, Nutrition, Alcohol, Physical activity, Stress & mental health, Health surveillance, Obesity, and Tiredness). Participants are sent a confidential report with their information. Individual data from the Check can be grouped to help workplaces understand the risk-profile of their workforce.
